As the Leasing Manager, you will play a key role in maximizing occupancy and driving new resident applications. You will be responsible for all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing and advertising our apartments to qualifying leads, conducting tours, and finalizing lease agreements. You will also play a vital role in ensuring resident satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns.
Responsibilities
● Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential residents (e.g., online advertising, artificial intelligence, social media marketing, open houses)● Manage online listings and ensure all property information is accurate and up-to-date● Qualify leads, conduct tours, and answer questions about the apartment community● Negotiate lease terms and process applications● Prepare and finalize lease agreements● Onboard new residents and collect move-in deposits● Conduct move-in and move-out inspections● Address resident concerns and maintain positive relationships● Manage a team of leasing consultants● Maintain accurate records and reports● Stay up to date on industry products and technology to ensure maximum rents and

Qualifications

● Proven experience in property management or a related field (minimum 2 years)● Strong understanding of fair housing laws and regulations● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills● Ability to build rapport and connect with residents● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software● Strong organizational and time management skills● A positive and enthusiastic attitude

Salary Range Information:

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
