THE OPPORTUNITY

The Rewards Specialist will support the Total Rewards team performing activities to support the compensation and benefits programs at Primient. The primary focus will be in the Compensation space with ancillary support to our Benefits Specialist. This role will serve as an escalation point for any questions raised on Compensation and Benefits at Primient.

Key responsibilities: Rewards Specialist

  • Provide customer service to issues related from either HR Business Partners or our central People Services team.

  • Support Primient's compensation processes. This includes: Manage the distribution of incentive plan letters for both target setting and payment letters, Assist with market pricing, survey completion and ensuring that market data is updated in Workday, Responsible for auditing participation in compensation programs, adherence to grading structure and completeness of data in Workday, Ad hoc reporting and analysis on compensation data to support the HR function, Support the HR business Partners with issues arising in the annual salary review process,
  • Support Primient's benefit plans: Annual Review of Medical, Dental and Vision plans, Manage payments of benefit vendors, Audit participation records for benefit plans, Share feedback from employee interactions with the Rewards Team, brokers, consultants and vendors, Ensures benefits are appropriately communicated to employees and potential employees, Works with payroll to ensure that severance, retention and bonus payments are paid in a timely basis

  • Provide data analytics support on compensation and benefits

  • Serves as the Secretary of the Benefit Plan Committee

ABOUT YOU

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Compensation and/or Benefits work.

  • A working understanding of Microsoft Excel is required.

  • Experience working with Workday HRIS is preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
