Job Details

- WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE - Obtain 4-5 Demos on average per week - Meet or exceed the Model for Demos, HpD and Set Rate - Coach and enforce adherence to the methodology by demonstration and appraisal - Drive to and from targeted neighborhoods safely and efficiently in absence of Proximity Marketing Manager - Ensure all ordinances are met and maintain relationships with all local authorities - Respect all current and potential customer property - Intervening immediately when a Marketer encounters a complaint, verbal challenge, or unreasonable behavior from anyone during the Canvass - Adhering to all protocols when an incident occurs - Ensure that every Marketer meets the appearance guidelines - Complete and sign a Vehicle Log daily including the daily safety check, time out/time in from the office, the neighborhoods visited and any stops. Ensure your vehicle is always clean and professional.
