As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be expected to maintain ethical conduct and compliance, train and lead other Maintenance Mechanics, maintain equipment files, follow procedures for safe operation and maintenance of plant equipment, install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment, coordinate Preventive Maintenance, prepare and review maintenance standard operating procedures, perform preventive maintenance in a timely manner, ensure accurate documentation of work through maintenance work orders and change controls, develop and maintain spare parts inventory system, respond to production needs using good judgment to make appropriate repairs, and safely utilize lockout/tag out and confined space entry programs. !!THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION!! Essential Skills/Experience: - High school diploma/GED - 3+ years' experience as a production mechanic or operator in pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing operations - Knowledge and experience facilities and utilities - Knowledge and experience in mechanical and electrical systems - Ability to read and implement technical specifications, drawings, and equipment related information (e.g., P&ID, electrical/wiring diagrams) Desired Skill/Experience: - Associates degree - Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations - Journeyman License (Electrical, HVAC, Pipefitter, Etc.)
