ASSOCIATE SCIENTIFIC DIRECTOR

Vindico Medical Education is seeking a highly qualified and experienced medical editor/writer to support development of medical education content (i.e., CME/CE). The Associate Scientific Director is responsible for developing CME/CE activities for professional audiences. Vindico activities seek to improve the knowledge, competence, and performance of healthcare professionals. This position requires extensive interaction with external faculty (i.e., clinical and patient care experts) and includes collaboration with cross-functional teams including multimedia, educational strategy, grant development, program delivery, outcomes, and analysis. 3 to 5 years of experience in hands-on content development for CME/CE. Advanced degree (eg, MD, DO, MN, MS, MPH, PharmD, PhD) in a clinical scientific field preferred. Knowledge of clinical medicine in assigned therapeutic area(s) preferred. Ability to work effectively in a highly process- and deadline-driven environment. Willingness to travel; travel estimated at 20% to 40% (in compliance with national and local health regulations). The annual base salary for this position is $95,000 to $115,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members. 


JUNIOR ASSOCIATE SCIENTIFIC DIRECTOR

Vindico Medical Education is seeking a medical editor/writer/scientific director to support development of medical education content (i.e., CME/CE). The Jr. Associate Scientific Director is responsible for developing CME/CE activities for professional audiences, in collaboration with other Scientific Directors. Vindico activities seek to improve the knowledge, competence, and performance of healthcare professionals. This position requires extensive interaction with external faculty (i.e., clinical and patient care experts) and includes collaboration with cross-functional internal teams including multimedia, educational strategy, grant development, program delivery, outcomes, and analytics. Degree (eg, MD, DO, MN, MS, MPH, PharmD, PhD, RN) or specialty in a clinical scientific field preferred, but not required. Limited or up to 2 years of experience in hands-on content development for CME/CE or medical communications company, pharmaceutical company, or pharmaceutical advertising agency. Knowledge of clinical medicine in assigned therapeutic area(s) preferred. Ability to work effectively in a highly process- and deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of ACCME guidelines a plus. Willingness to travel; travel estimated at 20% to 40% (in compliance with national and local health regulations). The annual base salary for this position is $65,000 to $85,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members.
