Introduction to role:

Join us as a GMP Warehouse Supervisor, where you'll be responsible for the warehouse day shift in support of our fast-paced cell therapy manufacturing center. This is a unique start-up opportunity where you will have input during the early stages of design and implementation. As a member of this team, you will also be part of the creation of product flow, lead initiatives, process creation, and hiring your team.

Accountabilities:

As a GMP Warehouse Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. You will oversee receiving, warehousing, order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and shipping in a GMP environment. You will maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory checks to prevent discrepancies. You will implement and enforce safety protocols, including proper handling of cold chain products and equipment maintenance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse processes and minimize waste in the cold chain storage system. You will monitor and report on key performance indicators related to warehouse operations, such as on-time delivery and inventory accuracy. You will identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• High school diploma with 8+ years of supervisory/management experience in a GMP environment or Associate's degree with 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in a GMP environment or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of supervisory/management experience in a GMP environment.

Minimum of 3 years of cold chain storage ranging from 2-8 to cryo.

• Extensive experience with SAP in Warehousing and Inventory Management.

• Ability to author SOPs and Work Instructions in a cGMP environment.

• Ability to build and lead a team to world class excellence.

• Ability to inspire a "patient first" culture with your team.

• Proven understanding of the raw material to finish product shipping life cycle.

• Understanding of international shipping and receiving.

- Must be available for varying shifts in 2025.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Cell Therapy or Biologics experience.
