You will facilitate design, development, and testing to meet project objectives faster and more efficiently and you develop and commercialize products & technologies. Key Responsibilities
• Bachelors Degree in Science or Engineering • 5+ years formulating or technical experience in foam and/or thermoplastic industry WE VALUE • Experience within an R&D setting • Experience handling and evaluating raw materials for foam applications as well as final products • Experience with renewable chemical feedstocks and/or biopolymers • Experience developing materials intended for circularity, recycling and/or biodegradation at end of life • Experience with blowing agents • Some experience with all aspects of technology development • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Project management experience • Involvement in industry standards bodies • Ability to work independently • Willingness to learn new technologies • An open, honest, and team-oriented personality Additional Information
