The primary responsibility of the Client Service Representative will be assisting Account Managers and Producers with the servicing of assigned Business Accounts. RESPONSIBILITIES Providing superior day to day client service by anticipating client needs and responding to client, producer and account manager questions and issues in a timely manner.
