Manager, Portfolio and Change Management

Overview:

The Manager, Portfolio & Change Management is critical to making sure we deliver against our north star as a COE. This role will be responsible for 1) managing the portfolio of COE deliverables in an integrated fashion, enabling seamless delivery and a cohesive experience for our customers (i.e., employees, people leaders, and/or people business partners), and 2) helping to drive our Change Management, Organizational Development, and broader Project Management capabilities forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. This role will partner closely with the COE leads (I.e., Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Development, DEI People Strategy, Digital Talent) and P&C Tech Partners to ensure we deliver on our collective 2024 priorities.

Role:

• Enable the execution of COE team priorities in alignment with the P&C people strategy and priority areas, as well as broader Mastercard vision and strategy
• Support proper execution of COE priorities and initiatives by managing an integrated roadmap
• Act as the technology liaison between the T&OE COE and the Technology team to ensure the feasibility of our T&OE go to market plans
• Actively track and prioritize the COE's product portfolio - establishing mechanisms to monitor progress, and identify opportunities for continual process improvement
• Provide capacity and utilization insight to enable thoughtful and strategic alignment across business priorities
• As needed, provide additional and ad hoc change management, organizational development, and project management activities on an array of strategic initiatives spanning across Mastercard
• Create plans, roadmaps, assessments, analyses, presentations, and additional materials for activities as required

All About You :

• Significant direct product, project, and portfolio management experience
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management tools supporting enterprise-wide priorities
• Experience with change management, organizational development, and project management across wide-sweeping- transformational initiatives
• Strong track record of managing and prioritizing cross functional portfolio of projects, with emphasis on go-to-market approaches (e.g., communication, engagement, implementation & delivery, and life-cycle management)
• Business acumen, with a stakeholder management mindset and the ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization, including cross-functional teams in various locations and time zones and influencing without authority at different levels of an organization
• Agile development and design thinking experience(s) a plus
• Operational Excellence, or Project Management Certification a plus

Pay Range:

Purchase, NY: $114,000-182,000

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
