Description

Job Introduction
To support and Manage the financial management, reporting, planning and analysis of specific commercial performance for a rapidly growing Region.

Main Responsibility
  • Ensure the overall delivery of the entire financial analysis, planning and reporting, and the net revenue management agendas of the Latam Region.
  • Support the Latam Leadership team in setting and achieving stretch target for the different clusters/markets in line with then long-term strategy, continually seizing for growth opportunities, driving an effective decision support process, and gaining alignment of action with key stakeholders.
  • Maximize sustainable profit through value chain optimization, effective pricing, and trade terms.
  • Oversee the transactional accounting tasks and control practices needed to ensure consistency/accuracy of the Region's management accounts.

Our Ideal Candidate
Essential:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a business or finance related subject with relevant work experience in a commercial environment
  • Previous experience of analysing financial and non-financial information across both short and long term and producing recommendations for brands/markets
  • High level of self-motivation with ability to manage own time and responsibilities in a disciplined way
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to effectively manage and develop relationships particularly within developing markets
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity with the ability to adapt communication style as needed
  • Ability to use strong commercial and financial acumen to support the delivery of a robust planning and reporting framework.
