The Lokelma ® Supply Site (LSS) has an open concept office space designed to provide a pleasant office environment to support varying work styles and collaboration needs. LSS has an on-site cafĂ© with a selection of snacks and refrigerated grab-and-go items for purchase. Additionally, the site offers a food delivery service through Foodsby, allowing employees to purchase food from a variety of local restaurants to be delivered to the site, which currently includes a discounted price for LSS employees. Electric car charging stations are also available for use.

Accountabilities:
As a Spare Parts Specialist, you will handle maintaining ethical conduct and compliance with work policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. You will ensure a safe work environment in accordance with site Environment, Health and Safety (SHE) policies and procedures. Your duties will include receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming parts, tools, and supplies; maintaining accurate inventory records; coordinating and labeling inventory items; conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits; coordinating with suppliers; assisting in the preparation and staging of parts for scheduled maintenance activities; and providing training and support to maintenance personnel on the use of the CMMS.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 3+ years' experience maintaining spare parts for a manufacturing facility or equivalent experience in Maintenance, Production or Engineering
- Familiarity with CMMS software (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and to work flexible hours
- Basic understanding of maintenance practices and equipment
- Valid driver license

- Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Work experience with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Pharmaceutical Maintenance or Equipment Operation
- Associate's degree or relevant store room experience
- Good knowledge and experience with manufacturing equipment and utility systems
- 5S/Lean knowledge
