Accountabilities: As a Lead Automation Engineer, you will provide 24/7 support to site operations, manage the Building Management System, perform as system admin for BMS and utilities equipment, conduct troubleshooting of Equipment Monitoring System (EMS) and BMS issues, oversee utility and facility equipment, diagnose and replace defective components, perform routine evaluation studies of utilities and process equipment, provide accurate budget estimates for capital equipment and projects, support automation programs for energy management, develop and implement equipment startup and sequence of operations for facility-related assets, train others on systems, software, equipment, machines, procedures, and processes, manage execution on commissioning/qualification/validation (CQV) documents, review and approve change controls and document revisions, and provide support with regulatory agencies during inspections.
