As a Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing the maintenance and reliability of our equipment and systems. You will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, developing strategies to enhance maintenance processes, and implementing best practices to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. You will report directly to our Sr R&O Maintenance Manager and you'll work out of our Geismar, LA location. In this role, you will impact our maintenance operations by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze maintenance data and identify areas for improvement
Develop strategies to optimize maintenance processes and reduce downtime
Implement best practices to enhance equipment reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective maintenance planning and execution
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to maintenance activities

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.


YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in maintenance analysis or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
Experience in maintenance optimization and reliability engineering
Knowledge of maintenance management systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills
