About the Role
This position reports to the Ethoca Executive Leadership Team (ELT) - to include three (3) Senior Vice Presidents. This role will require interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings. The ideal candidate will act as a conduit of information/requests from various management teams. This role routinely handles internal and external inquiries by screening requests, answering questions, and redirecting questions to appropriate personnel. This role will perform a wide-variety of general administrative duties to support day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced professional office environment.
Executive Assistant responsibilities will include scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management, taking and distributing meeting minutes, etc. and managing the ELT's Teams space.

This candidate must be able to self-direct and work effectively with others at all levels of a global organization (i.e. team members, senior leaders, executive management and clients)
As the role will be involved in high-level contact and may be exposed to sensitive information, both internally and externally, it is important to demonstrate confidentiality, good business judgment and diplomacy.
The ideal candidate is a team player as they will partner with the EVP's assistant and other key C&I administrative assistants.

All About You
• Organized, detailed and experienced executive assistant to manage administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, arranging conferences and ensuring all meeting support is appropriately coordinated. Completing travel arrangements (including international travel), expense reporting, maintaining management team calendars, taking and distributing meeting minutes, etc.
• Office management responsibilities include ordering supplies, new hire onboarding, purchasing/reconciliation, shipping, and providing general help for employee questions.
• Develop and produce reports as assigned
• Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company.
• Provide coverage to the lead Executive Assistant supporting the Executive Vice President and the Ethoca team globally

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
