Position Summary The Senior Director, Manufacturing Supply Chain will oversee regulatory and compliance matters, export operations, logistics execution, and production planning for our manufacturing sites. This role will ensure regulatory compliance, optimize logistics, support production requirements, and foster continuous improvement to build a world-class supply chain organization. The role involves leading and executing the North America inbound and outbound freight program, including ground, rail, ocean, and air transportation. The role will ensure the safe, cost-effective transportation of all raw materials, finished goods, bulk products, and other corporate assets, meeting the needs of both internal and external customers via the most efficient and highest quality transportation services available. Additionally, this role owns compliance and excellence in customer service and delivery, ensuring timely and reliable delivery of products to customers while maintaining high standards of service quality. The salary range for this role, based in Kentucky is $164,080.00 to $205,000.00 . The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
