Job Overview Mrs. Claus is talent-based position for Macy's Santaland intended to provide interactive entertainment for customers outside of the walk-thru installation and queue during peak traffic times. Essential Functions • Conduct visits with Santaland guests • Ensure the magic of Mrs. Claus is present in each of their visits • Cheerfully meet, greet and take photos with guests of all ages • Perform other duties as needed • Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality Qualifications and Competencies • Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner. • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels • Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs • Knowledge of MS Office computer programs are required This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
