OVERVIEW Alera Group is currently seeking a personable and talented Administrative Assistant for a new temporary opportunity based in our Walnut Creek, CA office location. This position must demonstrate good judgment and be able to address all types of customer service issues with decisiveness. In this position, successful candidates need to have adaptability, attention to detail, initiative, and strong listening/communication skills to work in a team-based environment. This individual works very closely with agency staff to support, maintain, and grow the organization. In this role, the Administrative Assistant serves as the direct link between the company and its key clients, servicing existing claim/benefit inquiries and resolving day-to-day client needs.
