Job Overview Multi-store Vendor Merchandisers are exceptional colleagues who drive sales and the execution of strategic merchandising initiatives within the stores assigned to them. They manage their designated vendor's/vendors' business(es) by identifying what is working, what is not working, and how to address slow-selling areas. By suggesting vendor products and maintaining high merchandising standards, they create a memorable shopping experience for customers. Strong time management skills and able to delegate when needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can handle electronic devices with no problem. High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year previous retail experience. Essential Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods (at least two consecutive hours) of standing/walking around the store or department. Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment. Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision. This position requires lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Involves standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 30 lbs. stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Travel between assigned stores - 80% of time.
