US BBU Commercial Learning, a function of the Innovation and Business Excellence (IBEX) team, is dedicated to developing and delivering innovative, accessible and tailored learning solutions to empower individuals and teams to drive growth and elevate capability as the US BBU leads the way in advancing healthcare solutions for patients. Our enterprise learning team owns the lifecycle of training for our US BBU commercial field roles from onboarding to ongoing commercial capability development, from bespoke team interventions to enterprise academies.

What you'll do:

The role of Commercial Learning (CLx) Associate Director involves collaborating with our specialized disease state partners in brand, sales leadership, market access, and medical affairs. You will serve as the main point of contact for the Commercial Learning team. As part of your responsibilities, you will be tasked with building learning content, collaborating with colleagues, and collaborating closely with brand and sales leaders to craft exceptional learning experiences. You will develop National Sales Trainers and also deliver learning experiences to new hires in their onboarding phase. You will oversee learning design and delivery, and deliver ongoing learning solutions to sales teams. Your role will be pivotal in translating brand strategy into field execution through engaging learning experiences.

Essential Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in science or related healthcare field
  • Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare
  • 7+ years total relevant experience
  • Demonstrated leadership in building a culture of lifelong learning
  • Experience in learning & development, curriculum design, and delivery
  • Growth mindset, agility in a changing environment, and passion for lifelong learning
  • Ability to effectively present and communicate ideas in large, diverse groups and one-on-one
  • Excellent writing, editing, organizational, and communication skills
  • Patient-centric mindset and dedication to keeping the patient at the center of all you do

Desirable Skills/Experience:
  • CVRM and/or highly specialized disease state experience strongly preferred
  • Institution/account-based selling experience strongly preferred
  • Strong market access acumen and/or specialty pharmacy experience preferred
  • Experience leading and developing others
  • Experience in product launches
  • Project management expertise to set and manage goals, priorities, resources, and initiatives
  • Marketing or Operations experience
  • Business acumen related to the dynamic healthcare marketplace
