Job Details

- WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE - Lead efforts for growth and expansion of events, home shows, and retail marketing - Research and book events and home shows - Research and approach potential retail location partners - Look for areas of opportunities for potential partnerships - Actively recruit and refer potential new hire candidates. - Lead new hire classes and ongoing training sessions with team - Conduct weekly meetings with mid-level management and any in office teammates - Create monthly and yearly goals and plans for number of events, home shows, rsvp events, retail locations, leads booked, leads issued, Hours per demo (HPD), set rate, etc. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - THE PERSON - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred - At least 2 years of experience in a management/leadership role required - Excellent team relations, empathetic & personable skills - Exceptional communication skills - Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage a large team - Knowledgeable with tactful and diplomatic approach to tasks at hand - Must be able to organize & prioritize - Ability to adapt well and accept/ give feedback in a changing environment - Ability to work independently - Must be willing to travel to applicable events/ retail locations as well as multiple office locations WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU - THE BENEFITS - $60/month Cell reimbursement - Medical Insurance - Prescription drug Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Life Insurance / AD&D $25,000 Paid Coverage - Parental Leave - Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance - Voluntary Accident Insurance - Voluntary Hospital Indemnity - Teammate Assistance Plan - Paid Volunteer Time - 401k with 50% match up to 6% of your annual pay - Tuition Reimbursement $100,000 - $150,000 a year Salary is a combination $55000 base pay + performance based monthly bonus Empowered to be Extraordinary.
