OVERVIEW Alera Group is looking for a Account Executive who brings experience and enthusiasm to our Property and Casualty team - joining us may be the perfect fit for you! We are passionate about our clients' success in the areas of Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service. RESPONSIBILITIES The Account Executive's primary responsibility is to manage and grow their book of business while building and maintaining strong client relationships focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. They serve as the direct link between the Company and the client, managing day-to-day affairs. They are expected to independently handle a book of business typically around $3,000,000 with moderate day to day supervision and support. While the Account Executive's target account size is generally $50,000 and under in annual revenue, they may occasionally be expected to handle a small number of larger accounts with additional marketing and strategic support.
QUALIFICATIONS
