This position requires living in proximity to a Macy's location within the Eastern United States. Our success will be built on amazing colleagues, working together. Job Overview The Regional Field Loyalty Manager will travel to stores to promote and improve Loyalty performance. They will work closely with Region and Division management teams and serve as the subject matter expert on the Star Rewards Loyalty program to support stores' Loyalty acquisition and penetration, and Macy's Card usage. Skills You Will Need Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross functional partners to achieve Loyalty goals, while upholding company values and fostering a positive work environment. Strategic Thinking: Capacity to develop and execute effective Loyalty strategies tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the location. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with Store, Division, and Region leaders, gaining support for Loyalty initiatives. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing Loyalty trends and utilizing available reports, systems, and technology to identify and address areas of concern proactively. Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and colleagues. Technical Skills: Proficient with use of computers, including Windows operating system, Microsoft Office tools, and internet skills. Adaptability: Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities Time Management: Strong organizational skills to effectively manage resources, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining regular attendance and punctuality.
