The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $169,224 to $211,530, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary:

Join us as the Director of Brand Insights and lead the charge in consumer-driven decision-making and strategic insights for brand marketing. This role offers the opportunity to deliver streamlined insights and high-quality information to top executives, while establishing and implementing marketing frameworks. You'll be the main contact for HQ Insights COE team and a champion of consumer understanding to enhance communication, innovation, and strategy.

What you'll do:
  • Centralize and report brand performance insights to leadership.
  • Translate corporate strategies into actionable brand insights.
  • Integrate consumer recommendations into strategic planning.
  • Support annual planning and develop global-local consumer strategies.
  • Own brand learning plans and decision criteria.
  • Standardize brand insights procedures with Insights COE.
  • Collaborate with Market Companies on prioritization and decision-making.
  • Adapt and streamline new planning processes as needed.

Required qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in consumer insights and market research.
  • Expertise in communications development and brand planning.
  • Strong data storytelling skills, uncovering key insights from fragmented data.
  • Persuasive and influential at all levels, including global stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using advanced analytics and market performance data.
  • Experience across major insights areas: brand, shopper, innovation.
