Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking to hire an experienced and professional Senior Business Analyst. The detail oriented, highly productive data professional who holds this position will provide Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) with business insights through the creation and maintenance of a Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Utilizing a strong Business Intelligence background, able to identify KPI's, manage data collection and create reporting to provide a clear view of strategy implementation.

Responsibilities:
* Provide business analytic support throughout the organization including Finance, HR and IT.
* Support implementation of a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) across the organization.
* Establish and monitor comprehensive KPIs that provide effective view of performance throughout the organization.
* Assist with development of strategy maps, objectives, KPIs, targets and initiatives.
* Support the creation of a data model and data collection plan with an eye towards automation.
* Utilize PowerBI to create and manage organizational and departmental level dashboards.
* Establish key relationships with SMEs throughout the organization to assist with their strategy management processes.
* Monitor KPIs to ensure their relevance and usefulness.
* Conduct research on industry measurement standards, benchmarking and Best Practice.
* Support the Office of Strategy Management with ad-hoc data analysis requests.
* Support MEAL with program analysis and reporting.

Required:
* Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 Years of Experience or equivalent relevant combined education and experience.
* Identifies deeply with the Habitat for Humanity mission.
* Strong Business Intelligence background.
* Experience creating and maintaining a Balanced Scorecard.
* Expertise in PowerBI.
* Proficient in Python, R or other advanced data science tools.
* SQL and database management experience.
* Ability to interface with, provide excellent services and collaborate with middle management and staff in HFHI and the broader HFH global network.
* Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic mindset and skills.
* Strong statistical knowledge.
* Ability to work with confidential information and on tight deadlines.
* Ability to learn new software solutions.
* Solid oral and written communication skills are needed.

Preferred:
ESRI ArcGIS or other Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
Familiar with Alchemer, Kobo or other online survey tools.
Familiar with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems;
Monitoring and Evaluation experience.

The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including location, internal equity and the candidate's qualifications and professional experience. HFHI offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package that varies by country and typically includes vacation leave, sick leave, personal days, health insurance options, retirement plan contributions and life insurance.

For work locations in Slovakia, the monthly gross pay starts at EUR 3,080.
For work locations in the US, the hiring range for this position is USD $72,250 to $85,000 per year.
