As a Mechanical Design Engineer II, you will support Honeywell Aerospace, Engines and Power Systems - Test Services to deliver innovative testing solutions that meet the evolving needs of our new products. You will work under limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation Gas Turbine Engines, Electrical Power Generation, Hybrid Power Systems, Hydrogen Fuel Cells, Mechanical actuators, valves, and heat exchangers for Aerospace by designing test facilities and equipment needed to test these products. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise to ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs. You will interact with internal customers and external Engineers and Contractors in order to facilitate the completion of test equipment and facilities for product development and production testing. Primary work location is Phoenix, Arizona with occasional travel to other Honeywell Aerospace Test facilities (Tempe, Mexicali, Torrance), Suppliers, Contractors, or Customer sites for consulting.
