Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges As a Plant Controller here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our manufacturing plant within the Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions (HSS) business unit. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance, improve cost efficiency, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Your role will involve analyzing financial data, preparing budgets and forecasts, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. You will report directly to our Finance Director within the HSS business unit and you'll work out of our Freeport, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule. We are willing to consider offering relocation assistance for qualified candidates. In this role, you will impact the success of our HSS business unit by ensuring the financial health and stability of the plant. Your expertise in financial management and analysis will be crucial in driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee the financial operations of the manufacturing plant within the HSS business unit. • Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and improve cost efficiency. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making. • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the HSS business unit to drive financial initiatives and process improvements. WE VALUE • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • CPA or CMA certification. • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
