This role will be a key member of the TOPS (Technical Operations) Finance group and act as a business partner with the Technical Development, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. This position has the exposure to functional leaders, is expected to provide insightful business advice in optimizing operating expenses, strategic resources planning and constantly seeking to value-add to current processes, information systems, and business growth. The owner of this role is responsible for performing monthly and ad-hoc financial analysis, quarterly forecasting, budgeting and long range planning. In addition, he/she will support the corporate accounting team on closing tasks and work closely with the business to lead the FP&A activities for the assigned business areas. A successful candidate would not only have a good foundation in accounting, a solid technical skill in financial analysis but also bring business acumen, a high sense of integrity, and ownership. In the U.S., the salary range for this position is $ 105,600 to $ 158,400 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A discretionary bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered. |
