Are you ready to take the lead in the development of high-quality clinical publications and reviews for investigational pipeline products in Oncology R&D? As the Director, Scientific Publications, you will have the opportunity to develop and deliver strategic Publication Plans for pipeline assets, lead cross-functional publication teams, and ensure alignment with project and overall Oncology R&D strategy. Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for leading the cross-functional team in the publication development process, ensuring compliance with internal and external publication guidelines. You will lead 3rd-party providers in the delivery of defined publications activity, ensuring quality and delivery standards are adhered to. You will also provide on-site support at key scientific congresses and meetings, and mentor others during the flow of work. Essential Skills/Experience:

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $154,845 to $232,267. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
