Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity As an HR Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the human resources function for our Mobile, AL location. You will be accountable for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your role will be instrumental in assisting the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment. You will report directly to the Gulf Coast Sr HR Manager, Central HR region and you will work out of our Mobile, AL location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization by attracting and retaining top talent, promoting employee engagement and development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
