POSITION OVERVIEW The Lead Chemical Engineer will support the development, innovation, commercialization, and project execution of the technology in support of STRAP. This role will continue to develop and improve design practices, tools, and infrastructure in Sustainability Technology Solution (STS) technologies and Gas Processing Technologies. STS technologies includes alcohol to jet, plastics, renewable fuels and energy storage. Gas Processing Technologies includes different treating, and recovery processes for Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) and Liquified Natural Gas (LNG). The Lead Chemical Engineer will align some of these technologies based on business needs to ensure they are competitively positioned in the marketplace. It is expected they will become a Process Specialist in the aligned area and will be expected to make contributions to new business through technology differentiation and development as well as to support sales and business teams in developing new business growth opportunities.
