Title and Summary

Director, Product Management-Technical

Overview:
AI and Decision Product Enablement is a sophisticated, industry-leading intelligence platform with a range of capabilities that structure and apply complex business logic across the payment journey and beyond to inform and accelerate decisions at scale. The Director of Product Management- Technical will be responsible for driving strategy and roadmapping for program-level initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders to drive prioritization. This role will lead a high-performing team and act as a mentor for the rest of the PMT community within the program.

Role:
• Create vision, objectives, metrics, and goals for program initiatives and influence the roadmap of technical products that are part of the program.
• Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators on the organization's scorecard and move them in a positive direction.
• Develop a prioritization framework and apply a data-driven methodology to drive prioritization, risk management, and roadmaps.
• Use runtime metrics of their services in the market as a feedback loop into the backlog and balance the priorities against new feature requests.
• Engage with market-facing product teams, architects, and engineering leaders to identify key platform product issues; solicit feedback on the platform product roadmap.
• Lead and mentor a team of high-performing technical product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements to ensure the platform remains at the forefront of technology and intelligence.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and gather feedback.

Role Qualifications:
• Proven experience in technical product management
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the payments industry or related fields.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
• Experience in AI/ML products
