Title and Summary Enterprise Operations Engineer II • Provide operational and technical support for Outsource Vendor sites. • Manage user access to systems and applications. • Manage Onboarding and Offboarding of Agents. • Update roles and permissions as needed to accommodate new features or changing business requirements. • Regularly review and update access control policies to ensure long-term security and efficiency. • Conduct routine security audits to verify the effectiveness of your role permission model. • Provide Tier 1 Level Support for Access Issues. • Collaborate with others to resolve issues • Assists with evolving access processes through automation and improving reliability and efficiency. • May manage smaller project/initiatives as an experienced individual contributor.
