Job Description

As a valued leader on our team, you will manage the administration, strategic planning, and operation of various Asset Management systems. In this role, you will ensure the end-to-end execution of business processes through enterprise systems for effective tracking and reporting.

The Multifamily Business and Technology Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Manage day to day efforts to support the Business vision and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the Business and Technology on system enhancements and integration.
  • Evaluate, manage, and report on risk of current assets, along with reviewing governance and controls routinely.
  • Lead team review of system progress and reporting system performance to key stakeholders.
  • Create an inclusive and productive environment and invest in the performance and development of the team.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experience
  • 6 years of relevant experience
  • Must have Multifamily experience
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • Influencing skills including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
  • Able to work with individuals having a different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively while working toward a common goal
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • Collective capabilities for leadership, including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring
  • Relationship management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, vendors, and building relationship networks
  • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
  • Experience using Microsoft Access
  • Skilled in SQL
  • Skilled in Excel

Desired Experience
  • Experience successfully managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • Ability to work with Multifamily Business teams, gather well defined requirements and document related features such that the technical teams can build system functionality
  • Risk assessment and management skills including evaluating Multifamily Business and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, and remediating risk
  • Collective capabilities for leadership, including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring
  • Skilled in Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Visio or like application
