Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity As an Experienced Technical Support Professional here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical support resolutions as well as accurate, timely referral information to our customers on our Phoenix Controls support line. This position is critical to the growth of business for Phoenix Controls and the individual filling this role must go above and beyond to help differentiate Phoenix Controls from its competition. Customer Support - Provide presale/post sale troubleshooting and routine application assistance. You will report directly to our Tech Support Manager and you'll work out of our Acton, MA location.
