Job Summary

This role will provide support to the Brinker Events Team assisting with a high number of events, ranging from small meetings to large scale conferences. This Team Member will report to the Manager of Brinker Events and will support with a variety of logistical and administrative duties. Success in this role includes being an upbeat team player who is flexible, proactive, highly organized and skilled in multi-tasking, creative, passionate about corporate events, a strong team player and able to work in a fast- paced environment

Your Key Job Functions
• Assist the Events Team with a high number of events, ranging from small meetings to large scale conferences
• Support the events manager with logistical and administrative support
• Maintain records of all events such as venues and catering suppliers. Ensure accurate payment and process where necessary
• Assisting with creative decisions
• Help set up and dismantle events efficiently through to completion
• Order and ensure all items for events arrive on time
• Assist with the Master Calendar planning for purposeful enterprise scheduling

What You Bring to the Team
• Previous project management experience supporting events.
• Ability to perform routine and intermediate level administrative support tasks with minimal supervision in a timely manner.
• Ability to effectively listen and communicate with peers and business associates both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to maintain effective interdepartmental relationships and courteous, effective relationships with external department contacts and customers.
• Demonstrate culture competency across multiple communities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
• Ability to travel for events
