Job Overview

As the Credit Systems and Operations Support Administrator, you will be responsible for identifying, measuring, communicating, and influencing the resolution of defects for all credit desktop applications. Also responsible for completing release validation as defects are resolved and supporting project and process improvement teams will special projects. Must be able to work independently, effectively multi-task and prioritize workload, communicate with internal and external partners, communicate in a clear and concise manner, prepare and present updates to leadership, and maintain documentation required for defect tracking.

What You Will Do
  • Research incoming reports to determine if defection exists and if so, open appropriate tickets and document accordingly.
  • Collaborate with all necessary entities to ensure defects are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Attend and participate in meetings and stand in as proxy for others when needed.
  • Create and distribute defect status updates.
  • Complete special projects based upon company and department objectives.
  • Support monthly releases by validating defect fixes and opening any new tickets for new issues that arise.
  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. A dedicated, self-driven person who is always trying to learn, improve, and consistently demonstrates a high level of productivity.

  • Communication: Effective communication skills, strong teamwork, adept problem-solving abilities, and excellent time management are essential for successfully navigating complex projects and ensuring timely delivery of results
  • Project Management: Strong writing skills, excellent organizational abilities, technical proficiency, and effective reporting skills are crucial for producing clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Business Acumen Quality assurance, critical thinking, technical skills, and process improvement are essential for enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring high standards of performance.
  • Personal/Work Ethic : Reliability, self-motivation, continuous learning, and productivity are key attributes that drive success in any professional environment.
Who You Are
  • High School or GED
  • Preferred 2 Year / associate's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, and all levels of internal and external business partners.
  • Ability to effectively plan and execute strategies.
  • Ability to monitor and maneuver workflow to achieve priorities.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
