We are seeking a seasoned, transformational leader with extensive pharmaceutical experience to lead our BioPharmaceuticals Business Unit (BBU) Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolism (CVRM) Global and U.S Commercial Insights, Analytics and Forecasting (IAF) organization.

In this role, you will enable the success of the expanding CVRM portfolio through innovation and data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of insights, analytics, and forecasting professionals, fostering a culture of engagement, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development of Global and US insights, analytics, and forecasts for various business aspects such as Long-Term Plans, Mid-Term Plans, Early Asset Investment Decisions, Life Cycle Management, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Encourage and foster innovative approaches, leveraging new technologies, AI, and ML to drive simplification, efficiency, and overall improvement in business operations and technical capabilities.
  • Lead and manage a large, diverse, multi-location, and multi-functional team, fostering a culture of fairness, engagement, coaching, and high performance.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional commercial partners in Marketing, Market Access, Insights and Business Excellence, and Finance to maintain strategic alignment, produce high-quality deliverables, and achieve performance objectives.

Essential Skills/Experience:
  • BS/BA degree in business or related discipline.
  • 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries including at least 5 years in commercial, market access or insights, analytics or forecasting with global and US.
  • 5 years of global people management experience.•
  • Experience building and optimizing teams and commercial capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate large cross-functional initiatives and guide laterally and vertically.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities based on changing business needs, as well as the ability to work in a team-based, exciting environment.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
  • Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MPH, PharmD, PhD).
  • 10+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
  • CVRM experience is strongly preferred.
