We are seeking a seasoned, transformational leader with extensive pharmaceutical experience to lead our BioPharmaceuticals Business Unit (BBU) Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolism (CVRM) Global and U.S Commercial Insights, Analytics and Forecasting (IAF) organization. In this role, you will enable the success of the expanding CVRM portfolio through innovation and data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of insights, analytics, and forecasting professionals, fostering a culture of engagement, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration.
