KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Lead, manage and grow a team responsible for planning and executing Systems Engineering activities for advanced technology and product development. -Facilitate collaboration with other development functions, as well as research, supply chain, manufacturing and engineering support organizations, to ensure successful execution of projects, programs and business strategy -Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team and business performance and efficiency -Support generation of proposal artifacts, including material/hours estimates and detailed technical volumes. -Active contribution to technical milestone and deliverable achievement US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS: Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements. YOU MUST HAVE: -Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics -8+ years of experience in Engineering -3+ years' experience leading technical teams -Demonstrable knowledge in the application of Systems Engineering (Requirements, Concept, Architecture, Interfaces, -Implementation, Integration, Verification and Validation) -U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing -Be able to travel up to 20% WE VALUE: -Advance Degree in Engineering -Degree or Certification in Systems Engineering -Proficiency with Cameo (SysML), DOORS, and/or other modeling tools -Experience with tradeoff analysis and simulation -Strong leadership and team management skills -Ability to drive results and meet project deadlines -Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities -Innovative mindset and a passion for technology -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Multi-tasking and ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks -Self-motivation, initiative and ability to work with little guidance -Experience developing and executing project and resource plans -Black Belt, Lean Expert, or PMP certified ABOUT HONEYWELL Honeywell International Inc. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Compensation Package Language: This position is incentive plan eligible.
