This role will drive the continued evolution of an independent $40 - 50M business in a rapid growth environment. This technology based business needs an experienced sales leader to optimize and accelerate our growth across two different channels. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and developing your sales team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Overall, as a Director Sales - Building Automation, you will have a significant impact on driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and achieving business goals. You will report directly to our Vice President and General Manager, Fire Americas, and you'll work out remotely within the continental USA. You will be able to really drive impact on the business working across functions including offering management, marketing and customer experience functions to ensure alignment around our growing customer bases' needs KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
