Come grow with us! General Purpose and Scope of Position: The Location Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day production. As a key member of the production team and a working supervisor, this individual will be responsible for all operations and production and is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe handling and receipt of all ingredients into the facility and the facility's processing activities. Key Skills and Abilities Include : A bility to lead and influence Strong communication and interpersonal skills A bility to handle multiple assignments simultaneously Ability to work independently with minim al supervision Proficient in Microsoft O ffice applications Able to comprehend and communicate written policies and procedures Able to maintain and promote professionalism in interactions with team members and customers High School Diploma or equivalent and experience with Agricultural operations Experience in liquid and dry custom application is preferred ( Depending on location ) Key Personal Attributes Include: Safety minded . Versatile and flexible Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables include: Supervis e facility operations Comply with all Wilbur-Ellis safety and regulatory procedures Facilitate and encourage effective communication with the Sales team Promote safety culture while aligning with internal corporate objectives Provide daily direction to direct reports Support and facilitate location goals and objectives Provide support to other team members as required to attain customer centric focus Work with the Location Operations M anager to coordinate the design, installation, operation and maintenance of equipment Coordinate annual audit and compliance activities with Location Operations Manager Assist with compliance efforts related to DOT, GPS, EHSS, and other regulatory agencies C onduct annual performance reviews with direct reports , and provide coaching and feedback as needed Promptly a ddress employee performance issues with the assistance of the Location Operations Manager and People & Culture Business Partner Ensure that all direct reports are properly trained in their necessary duties [ and suggest training to improve relevant job skills ] Promote positive work environment and overall employee morale Present a professional image through personal appearance and overall facility cleanliness Attend EHSS training sessions and meetings when necessary Other duties as required and assigned Compensation and Benefits: In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $64,500 - $80,600. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health,and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
