Description

The Parts Utility will reduce return rates on delivered products by facilitating and maintaining accurate inventory levels, and receive and ship special order parts to customers within the shortest lead times. The Parts Utility will ensure efficient and productive front line operations to fully support business goals.

Here's what you will be doing:
  • Understands and maintains accurate quantities of parts inventory by following daily inventory best practices, and completing location and quarterly cycles with accuracy
  • Ensures postal package maximization and continuing reduction in postage costs
  • Reviews and processes Parts reports utilizing multiple programs
  • Audits all documents to ensure correct resolution has been given
  • Processes all requests in an efficient, expedient manner, with a high level of accuracy (including but not limited to: requests received by vendors, Bob's Customer Care, Stores and Distribution Centers)
  • Maintains effective associate, vendor and customer relations contributing to an environment conducive to high morale and productivity
  • Assists in cross training of all Parts Utility employees in all aspects of Parts Operations
  • Assists co-workers as needed to meet goals and ensure smooth operation of the department, in addition to supporting co-workers decisions
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of product line and communicates issues and new product needs to Leadership
  • Other duties as assigned

This is what you will need:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a Warehouse atmosphere
  • Effective oral and written communicative skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to work effectively in the following computer programs:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • SAP
  • Must be able to pass a lift assessment, which includes lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Advanced computer skills
