The Role As an Image Analysis Scientist, you will play a crucial role in drug discovery by delivering the histology components of early investigative safety studies. Your responsibilities will include tissue trimming, processing, precision microtomy, staining, and digitization. You will independently manage the entire histology process and develop image analysis algorithms using both commercial software platforms and custom computer vision models, primarily for digital pathology imaging modalities (e.g., H&E, IHC, multiplex immunofluorescence) across various therapeutic areas. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including imaging scientists, pathologists, biologists, and data scientists within Clinical Pharmacology and Safety Sciences (CPSS). Your work will contribute to deriving biological insights from digital pathology imaging data, ultimately supporting our drug development projects. Key Responsibilities:

Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
