We are seeking a Global Medical Affairs Leader (GMAL), GI cancer, to join us in the greater DC Metro area in Gaithersburg MD! The GMAL will play a key role in the development of medical strategy and execution of key deliverables to support the launch and lifecycle management globally for the GI program. The post holder will have specific ownership of key strategic elements of the medical plans and work collaboratively with the rest of the GMA team. This GMAL role will report to the Head of IO, GI Global Medical Affair s. The annual base pay for this position ranges from $ 185,412 - $278,119 . Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
