Position Summary As the Associate Director, Supplier Relationship Management, you will lead the relationship and operational oversight of Contract Developmental & Manufacturing Organizations (CDMO) used in the manufacture of cell and gene therapy materials and products. You may be based in Santa Monica, CA or Tarzana, CA or Gaithersburg, MD and will report to the Head of External Supply - Cell and Gene Therapy Products. Responsibilities
Education and Experience
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,414 to $180,622. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
