You will leverage your CAD experience and skills in the investigation and solution of challenging technical problems. You will use your creativity to design new and modify existing products, parts, or processes while applying established standards, guidelines and specifications. By collaborating with others on the engineering teams, you will engage in the design, review and optimization process to ensure the quality of the engineering drawings and models, working together to deliver against overall project timelines. As an Advanced CAD Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support in CAD design and engineering. You will play a crucial role in optimizing design efficiency and quality, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of complex design projects. Your expertise in CAD software and in-depth knowledge of engineering principles will be essential in driving innovation and continuous improvement in CAD design processes. You will report directly to our CAD Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Huntsville, AL location. In this role, you will impact Honeywell by contributing to the development of high-quality designs, improving process efficiency, fostering collaboration, and promoting knowledge sharing.
