As a Director of Offering Management focused on Portfolio Growth here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and profitability by aligning our offerings with growth industries and end segments. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our portfolio and capture market opportunities in high-growth sectors. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and market insights will be essential in driving the success of our business. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our strategic direction, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share expansion. Your expertise in managing key accounts and building strong relationships will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. By identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company. This role will require about 40% travel. Ideal Candidate Experience:
Portfolio Strategy and Development: Develop and execute the overall strategy for the company's product portfolio, encompassing both existing products and new offerings. Conduct market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive assessments to identify market trends, opportunities, and portfolio gaps. Define and prioritize portfolio investments based on strategic fit, market potential, and financial viability. Support strategic initiatives, including Licensing, M&A due diligence and acquisition integration Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of products within the portfolio, from concept development through to end-of-life decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, operations) to define product roadmaps, feature enhancements, and product differentiation strategies. Monitor product performance metrics, including revenue growth, profitability, and market share, and make data-driven decisions to optimize portfolio performance. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and senior management on portfolio strategy, performance, and market dynamics. Foster collaboration and alignment across departments to drive portfolio growth and profitability. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and key customers to drive co-development opportunities and enhance product offerings. Partner with business to formulate plans to achieve annual operating plan (AOP) and long-term strategic priorities (STRAP) Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency within the portfolio. Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Champion a culture of innovation and excellence within the offering management team, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
