Job Summary

You may not be a CRM, loyalty or performance media expert - you're not a finance or business intelligence specialist, but hopefully stuffing all those keywords into the first sentence has led you to this exciting growth marketing role! The My Chili's Rewards program is in search of a passionate owner to continuously build the business case for acquiring, engaging and retaining our guests. You'll lead a highly collaborative cross-functional team of guest insights and product data experts along with world-class agency partners to employ an audience strategy to build frequency, reduce churn, and make every guest feel special.

Your Key Job Functions
  • Own the vision, strategy and performance of My Chilis Rewards program and fuel decisions with customer insights, relevant market research to support Chili's North Star
  • Define member value proposition, offers, and cross-channel communication strategy with a focus on driving frequency and profitability
  • Lead CRM agency relationship in developing new capabilities, executing with excellence and measuring success
  • Deliver on My Chilis Rewards program goals, including program growth, customer state improvement, and incremental revenue
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to create compelling moments and broader presence in Chili's brand campaigns and stand-alone Chili's marketing. Manage the creative request process for program asset needs.
  • Work together with Digital Guest Experience & IT teams to evolve our digital end-to-end ecosystem inclusive of web, app, and loyalty
  • Assess effectiveness / P&L impact in partnership with Customer Insights, Marketing, Analytics and Finance teams
  • Monitor competitive and industry trends to serve as a subject matter expert within the organization

What you Bring to the Team
  • 10-12+ years of experience in marketing, insights, finance, business intelligence or related subject matter (Agency or Brand)
  • Experience with developing and selling business cases to key stakeholders
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms, marketing orchestration tools, mobile apps, and loyalty systems
  • Experience leading and growing a team
  • Restaurant experience is not required but is a plus [GF1] [SK2]
  • Hospitality oriented with a strong analytical ability
  • Strong project management skills to lead initiatives requiring multiple disciplines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • University degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field - MBA preferred
