Job Summary Chili's is looking for a growth-minded Communications Coordinator, Operations Services to join and help support our team to manage internal communications. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills and a passion for clear and effective communication. You will be responsible for creating and delivering timely and relevant content across various internal communication channels to keep employees informed about company news, updates, and initiatives. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for building connections and fostering a sense of community within the organization. This person will be a team player and self-starter who is responsible for delivering communications through several different media programs to ensure Chili's and Maggiano's is highly relevant with its Team Members.
