Title and Summary

Director, Global Credit Product Management

Overview
Reporting to the VP, Consumer Credit, this person is part of a collaborative team that drives the development, execution, and ongoing management and enhancements to the Company's consumer value proposition (CVP). The Director will develop go-to-market strategies, lead sales enablement efforts and partner with colleagues in these regions to drive adoption and amplification of Mastercard products and services.

Role
• Partner with regional counterparts to craft and recommend CVPs for credit products and solutions for customers.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date consumer and market insights and intelligence to advance the organization's thought leadership and oversee the creation of unique Mastercard perspectives and communications on emerging trends and opportunities for customers.
• Execute go-to-market activities while ensuring timely advancement of key initiatives for Affluent and Co-brand products including the delivery of core benefits and features.
• Support strategy development for consumer credit initiatives through product performance analysis, competitive insights, business case development, and related benchmarking.
• Oversee activities related to card assessment fees (CAF) including business case tracking, benefit investment and reporting.
• Identify optimal benefit delivery platforms that will be required to fulfill the minimum viable product and end value proposition.
• Support efforts to enhance product operations and core product requirements globally by partnering with key functional stakeholders such as legal, compliance, franchise, and engineering, etc.

All About You
• Strong payment industry experience, with domain expertise in consumer credit product and management (including cobrand), and industry trends.
• Financial institutions and credit card issuing experience
• Effective storyteller adept at building narratives; excellent communication skills and experienced at creating presentations leveraging PowerPoint and related tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to structure business cases, identify key insights, and create applicable strategies and/or recommendations
• Comfortable in a global role; adapt personal work style to accommodate an ever changing, diverse group of stakeholders
• Self-directed, strong collaborator, ability to work cross-functionally and manage through influence
• Bachelor's degree required

Total Pay Range
170,000.00 - 273,000.00

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
