The Director Development reports to the Vice President of Development. Primary responsibilities will be day-to-day general oversight on multiple projects throughout various cycles of development, entitlement, pre-construction and construction for on and off campus student housing projects, market rate, attainable and affordable housing projects. Required Experience: 5-7+ years of experience with Real Estate development and in-depth knowledge of the multifamily development process, due diligence through construction and how these projects are financed. An understanding of student housing and experience is critical. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data and information to development team members and executives, as well as strong public speaking and presentation skills. Keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills. Required Education/Training: Minimum of a BA or BS in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate or similar discipline Required Skills and Abilities:
